Abstract

Poultry concentrates several residues, which if handled improperly will allow the presence of a high load of polluting nutrients to the environment. The work addresses the aspects of waste generated in the aviaries and the necessary care in their management. It is necessary to know and adopt mitigation measures to reduce the risks of contamination of the environment and quality of life in the community. Among the residues generated, bedding, dust, odor, washing water and carcasses of birds stand out. The planning and training of personnel in the proper management of dead litter and birds are actions that contribute to reducing the negative environmental impact of the enterprise.

Discente do Mestrado em Avaliação de Impactos Ambientais pela Universidade La Salle (2019). Possui graduação em Ciências Biológicas pela Universidade La Salle - Canoas (2009/1). Atualmente sou professora de ciências e biologia da SECRETARIA DE EDUCAÇÃO DO ESTADO DO RS com turmas do ensino fundamental e médio, e professora na ESCOLA LUTERANA DE ENSINO MÉDIO MARTINHO LUTERO onde atuo como professora de biologia para o ensino médio e organização de projeto de iniciação cientifica para os anos iniciais e fundamental I. Tem experiência na área de docência, com enfase Biologia Geral.

Flávia Monaco Vieira, Universidade La Salle

Mestranda do curso de Avaliação de Impactos Ambientais pela Universidade La Salle (previsão de conclusão no 2º semestre de 2020), especialista em Pericia Contábil pela Universidade Gama Filho (2010) e em Controladoria e Gestão pela Escola Aberta do Brasil (2013), Bacharel em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Feevale (2007). Atualmente atua como Analista na Coordenadoria Geral de Contabilidade do Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA) e Perita contábil judicial em processos trabalhista e cíveis. Possui conhecimentos técnicos na área contábil, fiscal, tributária e departamento de pessoal, com vivência em gestão de equipes e liderança.
